Indoor and Outdoor Local Power Sources with Battery Backup for Broadband and Telecom Applications Available from Premier®
CyberPower Backup DC Power Supplies provide cable telephony, wireless local loop and fiber-to-the-home providers with a dependable, cost-effective local power supply for customer premise equipment. The outdoor unit allows service providers easy access to the power supply and battery. Outdoor mounting eliminates the need to schedule a service appointment with a subscriber to enter a residence or business location. Both the indoor and outdoor units keep network communications, including telephone, up and running during power outages for more than 14 hours. These units function as a battery backup supplying continuous 12VDC or 48VDC to locally power network interface units, cable telephony modems, wireless base stations and fiber-to-the-home interface modules or integrated access devices.
